Human Resources (HR) Self Service
View paystubs for the past two years and W-2 forms back to the year you were hired at the Research Foundation.
Log In to HR Self Service using your Research Foundation website user name and password.
First Time Users
The first time you access self service, you will need to set up your account for the Research Foundation website.
You will enter some information about yourself and create a password. Your user name is your Research Foundation ID number which you can locate on your paystub or by contacting your HR representative.
Setting up a secure user account ensures that only you have authorization to access your personal information.
Set up your account
The application is always available except for planned system maintenance daily between 6:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. and 2 a.m. - 4:00 a.m. EST.
If you receive an error message, the application is temporarily down for unexpected reasons. To view details about unplanned downtime, log in to the RF website and look under the Business Applications area on your homepage.
